Head of Brand Management, BLC Bank SAL
Carine Fersan is the Head of Brand Management at BLC Bank SAL with eleven years of banking experience. She currently leads the Bank’s strategic marketing planning by segments, including Individuals and High Net worth, SMEs and Enterprises, and Women. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Brand Manager responsible for creating, developing and implementing the strategy for the We initiative and Enterprise Banking segment with a customer-centric approach, overseeing the execution of its financial and non-financial services, and managing the Brilliant Lebanese Awards’ project. In 2011, she was part of the core team preparing, launching and implementing the SMEs and Women Market strategies which included We-initiative, the first holistic Women Empowerment program launched in MENA, positioning BLC Bank as the financial institution of choice for women in Lebanon and as a global example for Women’s Market best practices. Carine is a Financial Alliance for Women All Stars Academy instructor since 2017, sharing BLC bank’s best practice example. She participated in the UN General Assembly 2018 tackling UN Global Compact leadership summit and CEO Roundtable to advance the agenda for gender equality. Carine graduated from ESA Beirut & ESCP EAP in Paris in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in Marketing after completing a BS in Industrial Psychology and a BA in Communication both in 2005 at the Lebanese University.
