Vice President, Product Management & Consumer Segments – Global Debit & ATM Products; Mastercard
In her role as Vice President, Product Management & Consumer Segments, Claudia is responsible for developing and deploying Debit’s consumer segment strategy anchored on creating foundational insights for key consumer segments, Women, Millennials and Affluent, to inform our product management and product development efforts globally. In addition, she leads the development and evolution of relevant consumer centric solutions and user experiences. Claudia joined Mastercard in 2014 in the Product Development & Innovation team on Global Prepaid focused on designing solutions and user experiences for various segments including millennials, underserved consumers and underserved micro-businesses. Prior to joining Mastercard, Claudia spent nearly 12 years at American Express where she held positions in Product Management and Product Development both in the United States and internationally. Claudia holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Finance and International Relations from the Externado de Colombia University.
