Naima Smaini is a Policy Analyst at the OECD, where she works on SME access to finance and women’s entrepreneurship. Ms Smaini was previously a Principal Economist at the EBRD, working on financial sector development. Ms Smaini started her career at the Banque de France, where she conducted supervision of financial institutions. Ms Smaini holds a Magistère d’Economie, with high honours, joint Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, ENS Ulm and EHESS. She also graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
